Right of withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized products

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is *no right of withdrawal or return* for contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

Since all our products are individually and personalized according to our customers' wishes, returns or exchanges are not possible. Please carefully review your specifications and preferences before completing your order.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Aurumcards - Al Tayer Warehouse 04, Al Quoz 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates - info@aurumcards.com). ) inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. e-mail).

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
We may refuse to refund your money until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them.

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
