Right of withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized products

According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is *no right of withdrawal or return* for contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.

Since all our products are individually and personalized according to our customers' wishes, returns and exchanges are not possible. Please check your details and wishes carefully before completing your order.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Aurumcard FZ-LLC, info@aurumcards.com ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
